The Assistant Jewel Consultant will support senior sales staff in delivering an excellent customer experience by assisting in jewellery presentation, customer handling, billing coordination, and showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
o Assist Jewel Consultants in attending walk-in customers and understanding their jewellery requirements.
o Support in showcasing jewellery designs and explaining basic product details to customers.
o Help with tag checking, item handling, and safe movement of jewellery within the showroom.
o Coordinate with billing, stock, and quality teams for smooth customer transactions.
o Ensure display counters are neat, organized, and replenished.
o Follow showroom SOPs related to safety, security, and customer service.
o Assist during peak hours, promotions, and special sales events.
o Maintain polite, professional, and customer-friendly behaviour at all times.
Job Specification
Education:
o 12th pass / Any Graduate
Experience:
o 0-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
o Freshers are welcome to apply
Skills Required:
o Good communication skills in Tamil (basic English preferred)
o Customer service orientation
o Willingness to learn jewellery knowledge and sales techniques
o Teamwork and coordination skills
Other Requirements:
o Well-groomed and presentable
o Ability to stand for long hours
o Willingness to work as per showroom timings and weekly off schedule
