Role & Responsibilities of Jewel Consultant:

As a Sales Executive / Jewel Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

Understanding Customer Needs:

Engage with customers to understand their jewellery preferences and requirements, providing personalized recommendations based on their tastes and budgets.

Product Showcase:

Present a wide range of jewel products and designs, highlighting their unique features and suitability for each customer.

Pricing and Transaction Handling:

Accurately calculate product selling value, handle pricing discussions, and manage monetary transactions with care.

Product Knowledge Development:

Stay updated on the latest gold jewellery trends, terminologies, and industry insights to provide expert consultation.

Customer Relationship Building:

Build trust and long-term relationships with customers through engaging discussions and excellent service.

Stock Management:

Maintain jewellery stock, ensure proper record-keeping, and uphold the highest standards of safety and security.

Training & Development:

Actively attend training sessions and skill development programs for Jewel Consultant promotions and personal growth.

Assistance to Jewel Consultants:

Support the jewellery consultants by fetching the right products to service the customer

Educational Qualification:

A Graduate who is interested to build a career in Jewellery business. No experience is required, Training will be provided

Salary Range

Salary earnings ranges starts from 300000 to 600000 per annum
