We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The role involves providing exceptional service to clients, showcasing jewellery collections, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the brand's image and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
: Greet and assist customers, understand their requirements, and provide personalized recommendations.
Product Knowledge
: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all jewellery designs, materials, pricing, certifications, and after-sales services.
Sales & Targets
: Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and closing techniques.
Showroom Presentation
: Ensure jewellery displays are well-maintained, clean, and attractively arranged.
Billing & Documentation
: Handle billing, issue invoices, and manage documentation related to sales, exchanges, and returns.
Customer Relationship Management
: Build long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups, reminders for new collections, and festive offers.
Compliance
: Follow showroom security protocols, gold handling guidelines, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Market Awareness
: Stay updated on latest jewellery trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Customer service orientation with a pleasant personality.
Knowledge of jewellery, diamonds, and precious stones (training can be provided).
Attention to detail, integrity, and trustworthiness.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualifications
Minimum: Graduate (any discipline); preference for candidates with Jewellery/Retail Sales background.
1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury Jewellery products.
Proficiency in local language, Hindi, and basic English.
Work Environment
Location: Jewellery Showroom (on-site)
Timings: As per retail showroom hours, including weekends and festivals.
Compensation: Fixed salary + Attractive sales incentives(on achievement of targets).
