Job Description

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by visiting potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting company products or services. This role requires regular travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Visit retail shops, wholesalers, or distributors to promote and sell products. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in assigned areas. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups. Demonstrate product features, take orders, and ensure timely delivery coordination. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collect market feedback and report competitor activity. Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM systems, if applicable. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.

Requirements:



3+ years of experience in field sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel extensively and manage time effectively. Self-motivated and result-oriented. Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
