Key Responsibilities .
? Engage with clients to understand their preferences, offering personalized jewelry recommendations.
? Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
? Drive in-store and event sales to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets. ? Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and luxury markets.
? Provide after-sales service and handle client follow-ups with care. Operations & Store Support
? Support daily store operations including billing, invoicing, and order processing.
? Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment.
? Ensure visual merchandising, displays, and store ambience meet luxury brand standards. ? Maintain accurate sales and operations reports for management.
? Coordinate logistics for trade shows, exhibitions, and client deliveries.
? Manage client communications (calls, WhatsApp, emails) with professionalism. Requirements
? 2-4 years of experience in retail sales and/or operations (luxury jewelry, watches, or fashion preferred).
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (Hindi/Kannada is an advantage).
? Passion for fine jewelry, diamonds, and gemstones.
? Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and during exhibitions/events.
