The Jewellery Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building long-term client relationships, and driving sales performance in the jewellery department. This role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate the value and craftsmanship of jewellery pieces to customers. The Jewellery Executive also ensures store standards, inventory accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Provide personalized customer service, including product demonstrations, styling advice, and after-sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups, CRM updates, and special service initiatives.
Product Knowledge
Maintain detailed knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, metals, hallmarking, certifications, and current jewellery trends.
Educate customers on product features, craftsmanship, and value propositions.
Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and brand announcements.
Store Operations
Ensure accurate billing, proper documentation, and adherence to company procedures.
Monitor and manage stock levels, replenishments, and transfers.
Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
Ensure security and safety protocols for high-value inventory.
Inventory & Documentation
Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
Handle certification, warranty cards, invoices, and authenticity documents with accuracy.
Coordinate with the back office for repairs, resizing, and custom orders.
Customer Experience & Brand Representation
Uphold the brand's image and maintain professionalism at all times.
Handle customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
Participate in in-store events, promotions, and client engagement activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, or customer-facing sales roles.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery craftsmanship (training can be provided).
High attention to detail, integrity, and customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in POS systems, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
