:

Responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service standards within the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with product selection based on preferences and budget. Explain product details, including purity, certification, and pricing. Maintain knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery trends and collections. Prepare sales invoices and handle billing through Tally or POS system. Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and security of jewellery counters. Follow up with customers for orders, repairs, and after-sales service. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the back office for stock updates and replenishment. Handle customer feedback and resolve queries politely and efficiently.

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?36,000.00 per month
