We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused Jewellery Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of style, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers select high-quality jewellery pieces. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the store's visual standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery that meets their style, preferences, and budget. Provide detailed information on product features, materials, quality, and care. Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display of merchandise. Stay updated on current jewellery trends, materials, and brand collections. Assist with stock management, inventory counts, and replenishment. Ensure the security of all jewellery and handle pieces with care.
