We are seeking an enthusiastic and polished Jewelry Salesperson to join our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll showcase stunning jewelry pieces, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales through expert product knowledge and personalized service. If you have a passion for luxury goods and a knack for closing deals, we want you on our sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and recommend jewelry that matches their style, budget, and occasion. Provide detailed product information on materials, craftsmanship, gemstones, care, and warranties to educate and excite customers. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship-building techniques. Handle transactions accurately using POS systems, process repairs/returns, and maintain a tidy, inviting sales area. Assist with inventory management, merchandising displays, and special events like trunk shows or bridal consultations. Stay updated on jewelry trends, collections, and competitor offerings to position our brand as the top choice.

Requirements

3-5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewelry trends (certifications like GIA a plus). Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and work flexible hours including weekends/holidays. High school diploma minimum required; associate's degree in sales/marketing preferred. Proficiency in basic computer skills and sales software.
