Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B clients, including jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and exporters.
Maintain strong relationships with existing business partners to ensure repeat sales.
Present and promote jewellery collections to prospective buyers and corporate clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement.
Handle order processing, quotations, follow-ups, and coordination with production and dispatch teams.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Participate in jewellery exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings.
Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and payment follow-ups.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in
B2B or wholesale jewellery sales
.
Strong understanding of jewellery products, diamonds, and precious metals.
Good presentation and client-handling skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
