Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales:

Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance on jewelry selection.

Sales Targets:

Achieve individual and team sales goals by building strong customer relationships and closing sales effectively.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewelry products, including types of gemstones and trends.

Transactions:

Process sales, handle various payment methods, and manage returns and exchanges accurately.

Store Operations:

Keep jewelry displays clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.

Inventory Management:

Assist with stock control, including receiving new inventory and conducting stock counts.
