Job Description

Key responsibilities

- Greet and engage customers; identify needs and recommend suitable jewellery.

- Explain product features, metal/gemstone details, certifications, pricing and after-sales services.

- Present customization/bespoke options and coordinate with design team.

- Meet individual and showroom sales targets; upsell and cross-sell.

- Build and maintain CRM database; follow up on enquiries and special-occasion leads.

- Ensure secure handling of high-value inventory and follow loss-prevention procedures.

- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation.

- Participate in promotions, festive campaigns and customer events.

Qualifications

- 1-3 years jewellery retail or luxury sales experience (freshers with strong retail/luxury background may be considered).

- Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones and hallmarking preferred.

- Proven sales record and customer relationship skills.
