Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's existing customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Develop and ensure execution of new customer acquisition strategies to expand customer base to ensure the business growth.
Promote the company's products ready samples, also develop the new products as per latest trends for targeted customers and market.
Periodically meetings and workshops with the customers/buyers and their Merchandisers to meet their requirements.
Analysis of assigned businesses in view of meeting company targets and ensure profitability.
Ensure that the back end operations are managed wisely & all orders are delivered in the desired quality at the right time & right price to the customer consistently.
Monitor and review project activities and ensure completion within scheduled time and budget.
Overseeing the activities and doing periodically work assessment of PDD and design department.
Drive the team in order to showing strong leadership, maintain harmonious working environment as well train and mentor team to perform efficiently and support where needed.
Explore/analysis market trends and do the benchmarking of competitors in respect to identify new opportunities.
Meeting the management requirements and expectations as and when required.
