The Jewellery Customer Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an excellent in-store customer experience, understanding customer needs, and driving sales of TUANZ's silver jewellery collections. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and adherence to store processes and discipline.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Experience
Greet customers warmly and understand their jewellery needs
Present and explain TUANZ silver jewellery designs, purity (92.5), pricing, and offers
Assist customers in selection, trials, and final purchase decisions
Upsell and cross-sell relevant jewellery (rings, pendants, bracelets, gifting items)
Promote emotional gifting jewellery and occasion-based collections
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Billing & Store Operations
Generate bills accurately using POS software
Handle cash, card, UPI, wallet payments responsibly
Maintain proper tagging, display, and cleanliness of jewellery counters
Ensure jewellery safety and follow daily opening & closing procedures
Support stock checks, refills, and coordination with HO stock team
Customer Relationship & After-Sales
Build long-term customer relationships and repeat visits
Capture customer details for CRM, WhatsApp marketing, and loyalty programs
Handle basic customer queries, exchanges, and repair coordination as per policy
Maintain polite, professional behavior at all times
Discipline & Compliance
Follow store timings, punctuality, and attendance rules strictly
Attend daily briefings, weekly reviews, and training sessions
Update daily sales, walk-ins, and performance trackers as required
Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and code of conduct

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
