1. Sales & Customer Handling
Greet customers and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
Showcase gold, diamond, and colourstone jewellery collections confidently.
2. Customer Experience
Offer personalized assistance to customers with warmth and professionalism.
Assist customers in trials, product selection, and size/fit guidance.
3. Store Operations
Follow security protocols and SOPs for handling jewellery.
Coordinate with billing, stock, and dispatch team for smooth operations.
4. Product Knowledge
Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, pricing, and offers.
Understand various categories: gold, diamond, gemstones, bridal, daily wear, luxury collections.
5. Documentation & Processes
Assist in KYC verification, billing, packaging, and customer documentation.
Maintain daily sales reports and customer inquiry registers.
Up-sell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Convert walk-ins to sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain deep product knowledge (purity, weight, pricing, making charges, designs).
Build strong customer relationships and maintain follow-up records.
Follow security protocols and SOPs for handling jewellery.
Maintain cleanliness and stock count of designated counters.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong selling ability and confidence in handling luxury products.
Pleasant personality, grooming, and etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (billing software experience is an advantage).
Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
