Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Jewellery Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer orders, providing expert advice, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process customer orders efficiently Create accurate and competitive quotations for clients Confirm orders and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery Maintain active communication with clients regarding order status and updates Provide professional advice on jewellery designs, materials, and craftsmanship Possess a good understanding of jewellery making processes and materials Assist in inventory management and stock checks Support marketing and promotional activities as needed
Qualifications:

Proven experience in jewellery sales or a related role Strong knowledge of jewellery design, materials, and production processes Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to create detailed quotations and order confirmations Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently Team-player with a passion for jewellery and the jewelry industry
Preferred Skills:

Experience working with jewellery ERP software Knowledge of gemstone qualities and setting techniques Basic understanding of workshop or manufacturing workflows They should have passion for jewellery and customer service, and possess the required knowledge.
