As a Jewelry Sales Associate you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Providing expert advice on jewelry selection, including gemstones, metals, and designs. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service. Conducting sales transactions and processing payments accurately. Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment. Staying informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively educate customers. Maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.

Qualifications:

Previous experience of at least 2 years in jewelry sales or a related retail environment is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewelry craftsmanship is an advantage. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
