Roles of a Jewellery Sales Executive

Customer Engagement

: Greet customers warmly and provide an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Sales Generation

: Drive sales by recommending appropriate jewellery pieces based on customer preferences, occasions, and budgets.

Product Knowledge

: Possess deep knowledge about various jewellery products, including metals, gemstones, craftsmanship, and current trends.

Stock Management

: Help manage inventory by keeping track of stock levels and notifying management of replenishment needs.

Store Presentation

: Maintain an appealing and organized display of jewellery items in showcases and ensure cleanliness of the sales floor.

After-Sales Service

: Provide support for repairs, resizing, and cleaning services; handle customer complaints professionally.

Target Achievement

: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Billing & Documentation

: Handle billing, issue receipts, and maintain records of sales and customer interactions accurately.

Security Awareness

: Follow all security procedures and protocols to prevent loss or theft of high-value items.

Team Collaboration

: Coordinate with colleagues and managers to ensure smooth store operations and achieve team goals.

Responsibilities

Understand and present detailed product features, benefits, pricing, and comparisons. Assist customers in selecting jewellery for various purposes such as weddings, gifts, or investments. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Educate customers on jewellery care and maintenance. Stay updated with latest market trends, competitors, and new product launches. Participate in promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and in-store events.
