Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-groomed and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Person to assist customers in selecting jewellery products, provide product knowledge, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of service and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements Explain product features, purity, pricing, and making charges clearly Assist customers with jewellery selection for occasions such as weddings and gifting Achieve individual and store sales targets Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and security of jewellery items Manage customer records and follow up for repeat business Ensure compliance with store policies and safety guidelines

Requirements:

Proven experience as a jewellery sales person or retail sales executive Knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstones preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service and negotiation abilities Presentable appearance and professional attitude Basic computer and billing system knowledge

Education & Experience:

Minimum 12th pass; graduation is an added advantage 1-3 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
