The Jewellery Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve store revenue targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain the highest standards of product presentation and client relations. This role involves overseeing daily operations, motivating staff, analyzing sales trends, and ensuring a luxurious and personalized customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Manage and optimize inventory to ensure product availability and turnover.
Team Management
Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Set individual and team goals; monitor performance and provide regular feedback.
Conduct regular team meetings and product knowledge sessions.
Customer Service
Ensure a premium customer experience through personalized service and expert product knowledge.
Handle VIP clients, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
Operations & Administration
Oversee store operations including display, stock management, billing, and security.
Maintain store visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
Marketing & Promotion
Support and execute promotional campaigns and events to boost store traffic and sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team on local advertising and branding initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or jewellery segments.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of customer service excellence and sales techniques.
Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office applications.
Attention to detail, polished appearance, and passion for luxury products.
