We are seeking a motivated, confident, and customer-friendly
Sales Executive
to join our jewelry showroom team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales abilities, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for jewelry. You will be responsible for assisting customers, providing expert product guidance, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry products.
Explain product features, purity, pricing, and offers clearly.
Assist customers in trying and selecting jewelry pieces.
Maintain product knowledge of gold, diamond, polki, Italian and other jewelry categories.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales service professionally.
Build long-term customer relationships to increase repeat business.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience (jewelry sales preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer preferences and close sales confidently.
Presentable, disciplined, and customer-oriented personality.
Passion for jewelry and willingness to learn product details.
