Key Responsibilities

Greet and attend walk-in customers at the showroom Explain product details, designs, purity, making charges & offers Assist customers in selecting gold, silver, diamond, and other jewellery Provide

counter sales support

with product knowledge Maintain display counters and ensure proper arrangement of jewellery Generate bills and support in payment processing Handle customer queries and provide excellent service Maintain showroom hygiene and sales discipline Achieve monthly sales targets set by management Maintain customer database for future follow-ups and repeat sales

Requirements

Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree Experience: 0-5 years in retail or jewellery sales Good communication & customer handling skills Pleasant personality and confidence in dealing with customers Basic knowledge of jewellery purity, hallmark, and sales preferred Ability to stand and work for long hours Honest, disciplined, and service-oriented
