To provide exceptional customer service and support in a retail jewellery environment, ensuring each customer receives a memorable and personalized shopping experience. Assist with sales, product knowledge, store presentation, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery items based on their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed information about products, including materials, stones, pricing, and care instructions.
Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups and excellent service.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Operate POS systems, process transactions, and handle cash or card payments securely.
Ensure displays are clean, well-stocked, and attractively presented at all times.
Assist with stock management, including receiving, tagging, and restocking items.
Keep up-to-date with the latest product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
Support in maintaining store cleanliness and security procedures.
Requirements:
Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or jewellery retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Attention to detail and high level of personal presentation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Basic computer and POS system skills.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shift patterns as required.
Desirable Qualifications:
Certification or training in jewellery or gemology (preferred, not essential).
Multilingual abilities are an advantage
