Jewelry Sales Executive

is responsible:

1.

Customer Assistance



Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store. Listen to customers' needs and provide product recommendations based on their preferences and requirements. Explain product features, such as the quality of metals, stones, and design details. Assist customers in choosing jewelry based on the occasion, budget, and style.
2.

Product Knowledge



Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, including gold, silver, diamond, and gemstone jewelry. Educate customers on the characteristics, craftsmanship, and value of different jewelry pieces. Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends, styles, and market prices.
3.

Sales and Upselling



Use effective sales techniques to persuade and close sales with customers. Upsell and cross-sell products by suggesting matching jewelry or related accessories. Handle negotiations with customers to achieve favorable sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
4.

Inventory Management



Assist in organizing and arranging jewelry displays to maximize visual appeal. Monitor and report inventory levels, noting which items are popular or slow-moving. Ensure that jewelry pieces are stored securely and displayed attractively.
5.

Handling Transactions



Process payments through cash, card, or other payment methods accurately and efficiently. Provide invoices, receipts, and warranties to customers. Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
6.

Customer Relationship Management



Develop and maintain relationships with repeat customers. Collect and record customer information for future promotions and personalized recommendations. Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster customer loyalty.
7.

Sales Target Achievement



Strive to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Participate in promotional activities, such as special sales events, to boost sales. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
8.

Store Maintenance



Keep the jewelry counters and store environment clean and organized. Conduct regular checks for jewelry damage or wear, and report any issues. Ensure that all jewelry items are priced, labeled, and tagged correctly.
9.

Compliance and Security



Adhere to all safety and security protocols to prevent theft or damage. Comply with company policies regarding handling high-value items. Be aware of legal standards for selling precious metals and gemstones.
10.

Training and Development



Attend product training sessions, workshops, or seminars as required by the company. Continuously update product knowledge and sales techniques. Mentor new staff members when needed, sharing product and sales insights.
