Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and schedule the sales team Achieve store sales and KPI targets Deliver exceptional customer service and clienteling Oversee inventory, stock counts, and loss prevention Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation Handle opening/closing, cash management, and daily reports Resolve customer issues and uphold company policies Build local community relationships and event outreach
Requirements

5+ years of retail management experience (jewellery or luxury preferred) Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Proven track record meeting sales goals and KPIs Knowledge of jewellery materials, sizing, and care is a plus Comfortable with POS systems and basic reporting Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
