Job Description

Oversees daily operations, leads the sales team to hit targets, ensures top-tier customer service, manages inventory, maintains visual merchandising, and implements sales strategies, all while upholding brand standards and driving profitability for the showroom.

Key duties include staff training, handling escalations, security, and coordinating promotions to create an appealing, high-sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Oversee daily activities, opening/closing, security, and ensure compliance with policies and health/safety.

Sales & Strategy:

Drive sales, develop strategies, implement promotions, analyze data, and achieve targets.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, motivate, schedule, and conduct performance reviews for sales associates.

Customer Experience:

Ensure exceptional service, handle complaints, build client relationships, and resolve issues.

Inventory & Merchandising:

Manage stock levels, order replenishment, conduct audits, and maintain visual appeal.

Brand & Reporting:

Uphold brand standards, manage budgets, and report sales performance to upper management Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Manage daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling. Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to attract and retain customers. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to enhance staff skills. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports for senior management. Resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional service to build long-term relationships. Maintain a thorough understanding of products and industry trends to effectively guide customer purchases.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail management, preferably in the jewellery industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful retail team. Exceptional leadership and people management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Customer-focused mindset with an ability to build and maintain relationships. Proficiency in store management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
