Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor end-to-end jewellery production processes
Plan production schedules to meet order deadlines
Coordinate with design, sourcing, and quality control teams
Ensure quality standards across casting, setting, polishing, and finishing
Control production costs and minimize material wastage
Supervise, train, and lead production staff and artisans
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in jewellery production or manufacturing
Strong knowledge of jewellery materials and production techniques
Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
