Role Overview:

The

Jewellery Merchandising Manager will be responsible for inventory management, replenishing stock as well as curation of inventory in location according to varied audiences that align with the brand's creative vision, business strategy, and customer expectations

. This role requires a keen eye for design trends, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to balance creativity with commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and analyze global fashion, luxury, and jewellery trends to guide buying decisions Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and vendors worldwide as well as retailers Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure profitability and timely availability Collaborate with design, merchandising, and marketing teams to develop cohesive story Manage inventory levels and ensure optimum product mix across categories Monitor sales performance and provide insights to optimize product selection and future buys Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and market visits to identify new opportunities Ensure all jewellery produced meets brand quality standards, compliance, and ethical sourcing guidelines

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred) 3-10 years of experience as a buyer or merchandiser in jewellery, luxury goods, or fashion Strong understanding of jewellery trends, materials, and craftsmanship Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market research Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Passion for jewellery, luxury, and design innovation
