Key Responsibilities:
Plan and strategize merchandise assortments for silver jewellery, aligning with market trends and brand aesthetics.
Analyze sales data, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to optimize inventory and assortment mix.
Collaborate with design, production, and buying teams to ensure timely availability of products.
Maintain strong vendor relationships to negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, and coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth product flow.
Support marketing and promotions teams with merchandise insights and product displays.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, stock status, and market trends.
