Job Title: Jewellery Merchandiser

Plan and develop seasonal jewellery collections aligned with brand positioning.
Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to select profitable product lines.
Work with designers to create new designs based on market insights
Coordinate sampling with design, CAD, and production teams.
Approve prototypes and ensure products meet quality, weight, pricing, and design guidelines.
Maintain SKU-wise specifications and costing sheets.
Work with production and costing teams to determine product cost and final pricing.
Ensure products meet company margin targets.
Monitor stock levels, fast-moving and slow-moving items.
Plan replenishment and new product launches.
Maintain optimal inventory for retail and online channels.
Coordinate with external vendors, factories, and karigars for sample development and bulk production.
Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Review sales data to understand customer buying trends.
Identify top sellers, slow movers, and plan product strategies accordingly.
Present monthly/seasonal merchandising reports to management.
Coordinate with visual merchandising teams for product display in stores.
Ensure jewellery is presented in an attractive and brand-aligned manner.
