Role Objective

To drive

sell-through, ABV improvement, inventory efficiency

, and support the

re-branding

of an existing imitation jewellery brand through strong merchandising decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Curate and manage product assortments aligned with brand repositioning Decide pricing bands, SKU mix, and category-level contribution Track sales, ABV, bundles, and high-value bills Improve inventory rotation and reduce slow-moving stock Coordinate with vendors for sampling, reorders, and launches Support store teams with product knowledge and selling inputs Assist founders in new collection launches and promotions

Performance Metrics (Linked to Variable Pay)

Sales & ABV improvement Inventory turns and reduction of dead stock Success of new collections / re-branding launches Enablement of store staff (training + inputs)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
