Position: Sr HR Executive Location: Jubilee hills, Hyderabad Salary: 45k-50k pm Experience: Min 5-7 years in Jewellery or retail field Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all HR operation activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures
- Develop and implement HR processes and strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Led and managed a team of HR professionals
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR issues and procedures
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Conduct training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Manage HR data and generate reports for management review
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices
