Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality
manual jewellery sketches
for rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces, bangles, and bridal sets.
Develop detailed
CorelDRAW-based designs
, layouts, and renders for manufacturing teams.
Translate client or merchandising concepts into innovative and commercial jewellery designs.
Prepare design sheets with accurate proportions, metal detailing, gemstone placements, and finishing notes.
Collaborate with CAD designers, model makers, and production teams for smooth design execution.
Maintain trend awareness and develop new concepts suitable for domestic and international markets.
Work closely with the marketing/merchandising team to develop seasonal collections.
Ensure timely delivery of design outputs and maintain design quality standards.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong hand-sketching and artistic ability (mandatory).
Proficiency in CorelDRAW
for jewellery design and layout creation.
Good understanding of jewellery structure, metal types, gemstones, and proportions.
Creativity, trend awareness, and strong visual sense.
Ability to create design sheets for CAD and manufacturing.
Attention to detail and strong design visualization.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Qualification
Any graduate or certification course in Jewellery Design / Fine Arts (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong portfolio showcasing manual sketches and CorelDRAW work.
