Role Overview



The Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets through personalized client interactions and deep product knowledge. This role involves engaging customers, understanding their requirements, and promoting jewellery products while maintaining brand standards and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Service



Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a superior in-store experience. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery designs, metals, and gemstones. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Explain product features, purity, hallmarking, certifications, and pricing transparently. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.

2. Product Knowledge & Presentation



Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewellery types, latest trends, craftsmanship, and inventory. Ensure jewellery displays, showcases, and counters are organized, clean, and visually appealing. Participate in regular product training and refreshers.

3. Billing & Documentation



Handle billing, payment processing, and documentation accurately. Manage cash, cards, and digital payments as per company policy. Ensure correct tagging, stock handling, and inventory records.

4. Customer Relationship Management



Build long-term relationships with clients through trust, follow-ups, and post-sale engagement. Maintain customer records and contact details for repeat business and referrals. Address customer queries, exchanges, and complaints promptly and professionally.

5. Store Operations



Support daily opening and closing procedures. Assist with inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and replenishment. Adhere to all store security, hygiene, and grooming standards.

Qualifications & Experience



Education:

Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

1-5 years of experience in retail sales; experience in jewellery, luxury, or lifestyle products preferred.

Language:

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional language preferred.

Skills & Attributes



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales orientation and persuasive ability. Good understanding of customer behavior and luxury service etiquette. Attention to detail and product presentation. Basic computer literacy (billing systems, POS, CRM). Pleasant personality, patience, and honesty.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
