Responsibilities:

Serve Customers:

Greet people, answer their questions, and give them information about the jewelry.

Sell Jewelry:

Help customers buy products and meet your monthly or seasonal sales goals.

Handle Money and Orders:

Complete customer payments and get the jewelry ready to be delivered.

Maintain the Store:

Make sure the store is always clean, safe, and looks attractive (following display standards).

Manage Stock:

Keep daily track of the store's inventory and monitor stock levels.

Keep in Touch:

Follow up with customers after they visit and work to keep them coming back.

Teamwork:

Communicate and work well with people in other departments.

Use Technology:

POS and other computer systems like ERP.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills. Customer-focused attitude. Good knowledge of Jewellery - Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Silver will be an added advantage

Additional skills required:

Should be enthusiastic (to learn new things), An initiator with creative thinking, Methodical (keeps track of tasks), Sincere, hard-working, ability to independently lead, communicate, and collaborate with team, Punctual (meeting timelines is critical). Constantly seeking to enhance knowledge.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
