Manage daily operations of the jewellery counter, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Handle customer interactions, understand their requirements, and provide accurate product information on gold, diamond, and precious jewellery.
Oversee sales activities, achieve assigned sales targets, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Supervise and guide counter sales staff, including duty allocation and performance monitoring.
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and presentation of jewellery as per brand standards.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, billing, and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with the store manager for stock replenishment, pricing updates, and promotions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, BIS hallmarking norms, and security procedures.
Handle customer complaints, exchanges, and after-sales service issues professionally.
Ensure adherence to safety, security, and loss-prevention protocols at the counter.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Prior experience in jewellery retail sales or counter management.
Strong product knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery.
Good communication, customer-handling, and leadership skills.
Basic computer knowledge for billing and reporting.
