Greet customers warmly and understand their jewellery requirements for occasions such as weddings, engagements, festivals, and daily wear.
Provide expert guidance on gold, diamond, platinum, and gemstone jewellery based on customer preferences, budget, and trends.
Explain product details including purity (Karat), certification, making charges, stone quality, weight, and pricing clearly and transparently.
Build customer confidence by educating them on jewellery care, buy-back policies, exchange schemes, and brand guarantees.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.
Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately using POS systems.
Ensure proper handling, display, and security of high-value jewellery items at all times.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and store appeal.
Keep accurate inventory records and assist in stock audits, tagging, and reconciliation.
