Greet and welcome customer service
Represent the brand with elegence, confidence and style
Assist visitors in navigating the showroom
Maintain in depth knowledge of brand and collection and customer service
Support promotional events, brand launches or instore campaigns with active
participation
Collect and manage customer information for feedback, follow up or CRM inputs
Assist with hospitality arrangements such as refreshments, seatings and guest handling
Coordinate with sales staff and managers for customer needs and enquires
Handle basic administrative task ( Visitors logs, appointment scheduling etc)
Maintain a clean, compost and poised appearance all the time.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 1-3 years experience in customer -facing role in retail, hospitality or events preferred.
Strong customer handling and communication abilities
Confidence in speaking and interacting with diverse clients
Positive attitude and problem- solving mindset
well-groomed, Presentable and Confident appearance
Fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi or other regional languages is a plus
Basic knowledge of jewellery or luxury products (if for showroom)
Comfort with technology - tablets, CRM systems, etc.
Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, or special campaigns
Standing and interacting for extended hours may be required
