Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced and motivated B2B Sales Manager - Jewellery to lead

business development and enhance our networks. The role involves managing domestic and

international client accounts, driving new sales, handling export operations, and representing

the company at major trade shows such as IIJS, international exhibitions, and in-store visits.

The ideal candidate should understand jewelry trends, be skilled at catalog pitching, and

excel in building long-term partnerships with retailers, distributors, and overseas buyers.

Key Responsibilities



Business Growth & Client Acquisition Identify and onboard new B2B clients (retailers, wholesalers, distributors, chains, showrooms, and international buyers). Present new designs and collections using digital tools. Achieve sales targets through regular follow-ups, client visits, and exhibitions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and credit policies in line with company standards.

Client Relationship Management



Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring consistent business
growth.

Develop personalized solutions based on demand, regional preferences, and market
trends.

Provide after-sales support and maintain client satisfaction for repeat orders.

Market Development & Exhibitions



Represent the company at jewellery exhibitions (IIJS, Signature, regional shows, and International trade fairs. Coordinate with marketing to prepare promotional materials, stall displays, and client invitations. Collect and analyze market feedback to guide product development.

Internal Coordination & Reporting



Work closely with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain accurate CRM data, order pipeline, and follow-ups. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies



Proven experience in B2B jewelry sales (minimum 3-5 years). Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, or lightweight jewellery markets. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle retail client psychology and high-value transactions. Proficiency in digital catalog pitching (WhatsApp, PDFs, CRM). Willingness to travel extensively for domestic and international client visits and exhibitions.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
