Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:



1.

Sales & Customer Service



Greet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable jewelry.

Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily & monthly targets.

Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions by explaining jewelry details.

Handle high-value transactions with professionalism and trust-building.

2. Store Operations & Inventory Management



Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in stock counting and security.

Ensure proper jewellery display and adherence to brand merchandise standards.

Assist in billing, order processing, and handling exchange/return requests.

3. CRM & Client Relationship Management



Maintain and update customer records for follow-ups and repeat business.

Provide after-sales support and personalized recommendations.

Engage with VIP clients and handle special/customized orders.

4. Team Support & Training



Assist junior sales associates with sales techniques and customer handling.

Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to enhance sales performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
