:This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsSalary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 550000 (ie INR 4-5.5 LPA)Min Experience: 3 yearsJobType: full-timeAs a Jewelry Store Manager, you will oversee all facets of store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet sales goals, maintain brand standards, and build strong, lasting customer relationships.Requirements:Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury goods or jewelry sector.
• Proven leadership skills with a strong record of driving sales and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and inspire the team.
• Results-driven mindset focused on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Solid understanding of retail operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and sales techniques.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
