As a Jewelry Store Manager, you will oversee all facets of store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet sales goals, maintain brand standards, and build strong, lasting customer relationships.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
• Implement effective sales strategies and training programs to boost performance.
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained and visually appealing.
• Oversee smooth and timely delivery of customer orders.
• Prepare analysis reports and ensure compliance with audits.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury goods or jewelry sector.
• Proven leadership skills with a strong record of driving sales and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and inspire the team.
• Results-driven mindset focused on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Solid understanding of retail operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and sales techniques.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
