Job Role :



We are seeking a Sales Executive is responsible for selling jewelry products to customers by providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, showcasing products, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive sales and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities :



Understand customers' needs and help them select suitable jewelry. Provide detailed information about products, prices, and after-sales services. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally. Maintain deep knowledge of jewelry types, stones, metals, designs, and trends. Educate customers on jewelry care and authenticity. Arrange and display products attractively. Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and security procedures. Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Work collaboratively with the team to meet store goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong selling and negotiation skills Good product knowledge and willingness to learn Presentable appearance and grooming Attention to detail and honesty (important in handling valuable items) Basic math skills for billing and transactions

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
