Role SummaryWe're hiring a marketer who will grow Jetlearn's brand from the inside out with five years of experience. You'll turn deep customer insight (parents, learners, educators) into positioning, activate it across our people, product, and processes, and only then scale it externally. This is not a pure PR/events role.- Title: Brand & Content Lead- Location: New Delhi - Team: Marketing (tight partnership with Product, Admissions/Sales, Student Success, Academics)What You'll Own:1) Customer & Insight Engine:- Continuous discovery: parent/learner interviews, win/loss, NPS/VOC with Admissions & Success.- Maintain personas, JTBD, and decision journey (awareness - trial - enrollment - retention).- Monthly "Voice of Customer" readouts with actions and owners.2) Brand Strategy & Narrative (Internal First):- Define/refresh Jetlearn's positioning, value prop, and proof points (outcomes, curriculum quality, safety, flexibility).- Codify brand pillars, tone, and visual guardrails; keep a living brand system in partnership with Design.- Build internal campaigns (kickoffs, training, tools) so every team tells one coherent story.3) Go-to-Market Enablement:- Convert the narrative into enablement: admissions pitch, objection handling, FAQs, one-pagers, case studies.- Partner with Product/Academics on launches; ensure internal readiness before any external moment.- Build a customer-evidence pipeline: testimonials, parent reviews, student spotlights, portfolio showcases.4) External Brand Building (after internal readiness):- Scale through owned (site, blog, email), earned (speaking, contributed content), and select paid.- Lead integrated, insight-led campaigns (e.g., back-to-school, skills pathways) with clear success metrics.- Engage PR/creators/partners only to amplify a proven narrative.5) Measurement & Improvement:- Dashboard connecting brand health - engagement - enrollments/retention.- Experiment on messaging and channels; run post-mortems and share learnings.Preferred Background:- eCommerce Branding and Marketing- FMCG Branding and Marketing- D2C Branding and Marketing (ref:updazz.com)
