Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

Coordinate with different departments to optimize workflow.

Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement.

Respond to reviews and monitor quality trends.

Work with accountancy to ensure that partners keep a positive balance.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Manage and evaluate operational performance and productivity.

Track and analyze key performance indicators to ensure goals are met.

Requirements and Skills

Bachelor's degree.

Proven experience in operations management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
