Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate faculty member to teach and mentor students preparing for

JEE (Main & Advanced)

and

NIT entrance examinations

. The ideal candidate should have a strong subject background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach assigned subjects (Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics) to students preparing for JEE (Main & Advanced) and NIT entrance exams. Develop and deliver high-quality lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and test papers. Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and performance analysis for students. Guide students in problem-solving techniques and time management strategies for competitive exams. Monitor and evaluate students' academic progress and provide feedback. Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and academic planning sessions. Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and trends in JEE/NIT examinations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject (B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. from IIT/NIT or reputed university preferred). Minimum

2-5 years of experience

teaching JEE (Main & Advanced) or equivalent competitive exams. Strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred:

Previous teaching experience at reputed coaching institutes. Proven track record of producing top-performing students in JEE/NIT exams. Familiarity with both online and offline teaching methods.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
