Role Summary

An exciting opportunity exists for Educators to join the newly established Ed-Tech product to develop adaptable and personalized learning

for cracking competitive examinations like JEE and NEET examinations in India.

It is highly desirable if you come from the Ed-Tech industry and possess a strong pedigree of Tier-I education and professional background.

This role will develop and bring in very exciting personal, professional growth opportunities as the new Ed-Tech venture and products takes shape and makes its impact pan-India

Key Activities & Responsibilities

:

The role will be to teach students aspiring for IIT/NEET the subjects Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology
online in front of a camera in the most engaging, elaborate, interesting and innovative way possible in

languages English / Hinglish with the primary objective to facilitate student's learning and understanding

Research about the most effective content matter and delivery techniques for students Be part of the content team and develop content materials of the respective subject. Be an academic mentor to a group of students, understand their challenges and bring innovative solutions and
techniques

Reviewing of the content created by other content developers or SMEs and to guide them in order to prepare the content of highest quality Work on solving doubts & writing solutions for students' live questions Expert level proficiency for JEE main and NEET examination Has passion towards education and effective content communication through visuals. Has strong subject expertise and could apply theoretical knowledge to the practical applications through varied audio-visual elements. Shows adaptability and ability to multitask, while meeting deadlines and training other team members in different processes. Makes learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities and yourself should be open to learning new concepts and tools. Identifies loopholes in the existing processes and brainstorm and design creative ways to improvise them, and conceptualizes and lay down the outline for the new processes and optimize resource allocation. Is comfortable using technology tools for both video and textual content creation and delivery.
