Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

JEE Faculty Member

to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing students for

JEE Mains and Advanced

, with a deep subject command, engaging teaching style, and a strong commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lectures in

Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry

for JEE Mains & Advanced preparation. Develop curriculum-aligned lesson plans, assignments, and mock tests. Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide individual attention when required. Analyze students' performance and provide regular feedback for improvement. Stay updated with the latest JEE exam patterns, trends, and syllabus changes. Collaborate with the academic team to ensure top teaching standards. Mentor and motivate students to achieve academic excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject from a reputed institute. Prior teaching experience in JEE coaching (Mains/Advanced) is

mandatory

. Strong conceptual clarity and ability to explain complex topics in a simple manner. Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Qualifications:

Alumni of IITs/NITs/BITS or other top-tier institutions. Experience with online teaching platforms/tools is a plus.
