Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, result-oriented lectures for NEET aspirants.
Create and refine content, including question banks, assignments, and test materials.
Provide doubt-clearing sessions and mentor students.
Track student performance and contribute to academic strategy.
Stay updated with NEET trends and syllabus changes.
Requirements:
For Senior Faculty:
Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in JEE coaching with a demonstrable track record of student success (high ranks/selection rates).
For Junior Faculty:
Strong academic record (Engg/M.Sc./Ph.D. in relevant field) with a passion for teaching. 1+ year of teaching experience preferred.
In-depth knowledge of the JEE syllabus and exam pattern.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in
English and Tamil
