About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated

JEE Chemistry Faculty

to join our academic team in Sikkim. The ideal candidate should have proven teaching experience in training students for

JEE Main & Advanced

and possess excellent conceptual clarity in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.

Key Responsibilities

Teach

JEE Main & Advanced Chemistry

syllabus to students in classroom and doubt-clearing sessions. Prepare and deliver high-quality lectures, study materials, assignments, and tests. Conduct regular assessments and evaluate student performance to ensure academic excellence. Identify weak areas of students and provide targeted guidance for improvement. Participate in academic planning, question-paper setting, and curriculum development. Maintain student discipline and encourage a positive, focused learning environment. Stay updated with latest JEE exam patterns, trends, and changes in syllabus.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong command over Chemistry for JEE Level (Physical, Organic & Inorganic). Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students. Good communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in problem-solving and mentoring students for high-rank performance. Classroom management and student motivation abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

B.E./B.Tech with strong academic background. 3 to 5 years of teaching experience specifically for

JEE preparation

. Prior experience in reputed coaching institutes will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,400,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
