Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Chemistry Faculty

to join our JEE division. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry relevant to the JEE syllabus. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality education, mentoring students, and contributing to academic content.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and concept-driven classes for JEE Main and Advanced aspirants (Classes 11-12). Create lesson plans, test papers, DPPs, and video content aligned with the JEE syllabus. Analyze student performance and provide personalized academic feedback. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and mentor students towards improving weak areas. Collaborate with other subject experts and the content team to create high-quality academic material. Stay updated with changes in the JEE exam pattern and syllabus.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Chemistry from IITs, NITs, or other reputed institutes.

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience for JEE coaching (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply). In-depth knowledge of the JEE syllabus and previous years' trends. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Past experience with reputed coaching institutes like FIITJEE, Aakash, Allen, etc. Ability to teach both in English and Hindi (bilingual proficiency is a plus). Proven track record of producing top JEE ranks or high student performance.
